Policies Statement

Quality Control

We at Dial 4 A Meal strive to deliver all meals in a timely manner and in good condition.

However, the customer acknowledges the meals are collected on their behalf from third party providers; accordingly, while we at Dial 4 A Meal endeavour to do all we can to ensure the quality and quantity of the meals delivered is excellent, we are not liable for mistakes that can be made in this process.

Dial 4 A Meal does not accept responsibility for any typographical errors appearing on the restaurant menus on our website or in print as these are provided and proofed by the restaurants themselves.

You, the diner, are important to us; and we are committed to providing a quality, fuss-free service. Your feedback will help us to achieve this goal. Yes, we love to hear success stories and the positive feedback about your dining experience; equally, if your Dial 4 A Meal experience does not meet your satisfaction for any reason, we want to know! So, while your Dial 4 A Meal experience is fresh in your mind please let us know by contacting us at admin@dial4ameal.co.nz.

Liquor Policy

Dial 4 A Meal is not licensed to take or deliver liquor orders.

Multiple Pickups

Yes, you can order from more than one restaurant; up to a maximum of three restaurants within the same area, for delivery of all the orders to one delivery address. See Delivery Charges information below.  We will pick up a meal order from a cafe or restaurant outside your delivery area for a minimum extra charge of $6.00.

Minimum Order Level

Minimum order values apply to each restaurant, and each restaurant’s minimum order level is shown on their menu page.

Delivery Charges

The delivery charge for meals purchased and delivered within the same delivery area is $7.50.

For orders placed with multiple restaurants, up to a maximum of three restaurants, the cost for the first restaurant is $7.50 and $4.00 per each additional restaurant or cafe (i.e. for pickups from the second and third restaurants) with deliveries of all the meals to the one delivery address within the same area i.e. The Mount or Tauranga City.

Extra delivery charges of a minimum $6.00 each will also apply to orders placed with restaurants outside your delivery area.

Payment Accepted

Orders placed online, by phone or txt will be completed by you processing payment of your order, either by credit or debit card. Please ensure you have your card with you when placing your order. Thanks.   We also accept cash and mobile eftpos payments (not credit card) at your door.

Delivery of Orders

We at Dial 4 A Meal endeavour to deliver ready-to-eat meals to your door within 45 to 60 minutes from the time we receive your order. We cannot and do not guarantee the delivery time as this is dependant upon the content of your order, the number of orders being handled by the restaurant at the time your order was placed (particularly during peak dining times), and the traffic and road conditions existing at the time the order was placed.

On the other hand your meals could arrive earlier!

When there is a delay in processing your order we will endeavour to keep you informed of its progress.

If Dial 4 A Meal finds you have provided misleading information to us, whether it be fake or stolen credit card details, bogus delivery addresses or surnames, we reserve the right to forward your details to the Police

Cancellation Policy

Once we have confirmed your order (either by email or phone) and forwarded it onto the restaurant we regret that no changes or cancellations to the order can be made and the meal will be delivered as ordered and charged as per payment details provided when you placed the order.
